Leadership development is a core part of the Rotary experience. Our club's leadership team is made up of regular members who take on additional responsibilities to help develop and execute a plan of work for the organization.
Garner Mid-Day Rotary Club provides leadership and service opportunities for our members to serve the need of our community.
Our club support causes including Garner Relay for Life, the CART Fund (Coins for Alzheimer's Research Trust), End Polio Now and RYLA (Rotary Youth Leadership Academy).

Our Club and Leadeship
The Object of Rotary is to encourage and foster the ideal of service as a basis of worthy enterprise and, in particular, to encourage and foster:
FIRST The development of aquaintance as an opportunity for service;
SECOND High ethical standards in business and professions, the recognition of the worthiness of all useful occupations, and the dignifying of each Rotarian's occupation as an opportunity to serve society;
